Manufactured debonding channel
Successful debonding
With the aid of FEM (Finite Element Method) it was possible to reduce the material thickness of the brackets in specific places. One reduction was made vertically between the bracket wings. This manufactured debonding channel eases bracket debonding without causing loss of rigidity during treatment.

Nickel-free* CoCr special alloy
Excellent biocompatibility
Dentaurum has taken an important step towards increasing the number of biocompatible products in orthodontics with the development of a nickel-free* CrCo alloy specifically for use in the dental sector. This CrCo alloy has been used successfully worldwide for many years in the field of prosthetics. Galvanic corrosion, which occurs with mesh bases and solder, is avoided by the use of patented laser retention. This considerably improves biocompatibility.
