Experience in treatment with fixed-appliance-technique respectively previous participation in our Typodont-Course I or II |

Seminar schedule |
Day 1 and 2: 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. each
Day 3: 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. |

Material sponsored by Dentaurum.
Participants must bring their own pliers and instruments. List will be mailed subsequent to registration.

Remarks |
Course fee (for course fee please contact us) including:
- material
- pick up service from/to the airport and shuttle service to Dentaurum
- board and lodging during the day
- one dinner with the group, other evenings at participant's discretion
- 1 single room from arrival 21.10.08 to departure 25.10.08
Cancellation from participant's side
Cancellation ist possible up to 10 weeks prior to the course, afterwards the course fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation from Dentaurum's side
Should the minium number of 8 participants not be reached you will be informed 8 weeks prior to the course at the latest. The course will be refunded.
