The new ceramic system from Dentaurum offers a large number of applications for everyday use in the laboratory. The currently most modern low fusing ceramic, dentCeram LF, is suitable for veneering precious metal alloys or of base metal alloys with high thermal expansion. The very good modelling properties of this ceramic facilitate rapid, simple and safe layering. The layering is very stable and thus it is possible to work quickly. The high stability of the ceramic acts positively during firing. With dentCeram LF the material does not run or become misshaped. Moreover the thermal coefficient of expansion of dentCeram LF remains stable even when fired several times and does not increase. Developed exclusively for shading the Dentaurum ceramic material, the thermal coloration method guarantees homogeneous and permanently stable shading, even after firing several times. This excellent firing and shade stability sets new standards.
The product range of the dentCeram LF layering ceramics is rounded off perfectly with the new dentCeram LF press pressed ceramic system from Dentaurum. dentCeram LF press is a modern pressed ceramic on the basis of high purity technical raw materials. Special innovative manufacturing methods guarantee extraordinary mechanical properties due to the dispersion of the crystalline leucite phase. The pressed ceramic method for single tooth restorations is distinguished by easy processing as well as high stability of the esthetic substructure material.
All system components of dentCeram LF have been matched perfectly to one another in development to guarantee the highest degree of safety. With its own ceramic development, Dentaurum has been offering successfully for more than 10 years ceramic systems proven in practice, such as the special Triceram® ceramic for zirconium dioxide and titanium or the CARMEN and CCS metal ceramics.
